Delivery & payment

Physical order delivery is a flat 3 JOD per order. The fee and total are shown before checkout. Digital subscriptions do not need physical delivery.

Pay on delivery for physical items, or use a CliQ transfer. Keep your order number and add your transfer reference on the tracking page. Staff confirm payment after checking the transfer. Adding a reference alone does not verify payment.

Confirmed orders move to awaiting delivery. Shipped status appears only after staff confirm dispatch and provide delivery details. The team confirms arrival timing based on the address and availability.

Digital invitation links appear after payment verification when activation links are available for that product. Unpaid orders do not receive activation links.
